How frequently should I replace mouth guards?
The custom fitted mouth guards last for several years. However you should keep a check on them for cracks or wear & tear. Regular dental visits can prolong their life.

Tips To Take Care Of Mouthguards

  • Avoid eating foods with them. Remove them before meals.
  • Avoid heat contact e.g direct sunlight or hot fluids as it can distort them.
  • Place them in well ventilated plastic container when not in use.
  • Wash it with normal water. Use soap water and brush to clean it and then air dry it.
